Use the private review link in your proof email to approve the actual files for your order.
Review every page and side
Download each PDF and check spelling, contact information, layout, dimensions, images and product options. A screen proof is not an exact printed-colour guarantee.
Approve or request changes
Confirm your name and acknowledge the final design, or tell us what needs changing. We record approval against that exact proof version. Opening the link alone never approves an order.
Production after approval
Payment, customer approval and our technical review must be complete before production. There is no automatic approval timer. Any changed proof needs a new approval.
Looking for your proof? Check the email address used for your order, including your spam folder. Expired or replaced links cannot approve an older proof. Contact us with your order number for a new link.
Your checkout acknowledgement remains part of your order. The emailed proof approval is an additional review of the final files prepared for printing.
