Helpful print guides
GOOD TO KNOW
A few useful answers.
Which sizes are available for retractable banners?+
24" x 62" · 24” x 81” · 33" x 81" · 47" x 81". The selected size controls the configuration. Custom dimensions require a matching production specification.
Why can another option change when I select a base?+
Bases, widths and materials are not available in every combination. A compatible choice is selected when needed; review the updated configuration and total before continuing.
Can I use a Canva design?+
Yes. Download your design from Canva as PDF Print, using the correct product dimensions. Upload that PDF here, or create your artwork in our design studio.
What changes the price?+
Your quantity and selected options determine the product total. Compare choices above; shipping and taxes are separate. A quote is required when a configuration cannot be priced online.
Will someone check my artwork?+
A person reviews technical print suitability before production. You remain responsible for spelling, wording and design choices, and must acknowledge your final artwork before checkout.
Where do you deliver?+
We serve Canadian delivery addresses. Delivery timing, shipping charges and any installation requirements must be confirmed for the specific order.
