How the timing works
3 p.m. Eastern Time cutoff
Orders placed after 3 p.m. ET are calculated from the next business day, once artwork is approved. Artwork approvals received after 3 p.m. ET also roll over to the next business day. ET follows the local time in Toronto, including daylight saving time.
Production + transit
Production time and shipping time are separate. Production time may vary and is not guaranteed. Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch; they are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders or approvals received on weekends or holidays are counted from the next business day. File changes or a new proof can change the production schedule.
Example: an order placed Friday at 4 p.m. ET with approved artwork is counted from Monday, if Monday is not a public holiday. If approval arrives later, the production schedule starts from that later eligible business day.

When your proof is ready, you receive a secure link by email. Review every PDF, approve the final artwork or request changes. A revised proof needs a new approval.
Shipping details
Shipping charges & larger items
Orders over CAD $100 after discounts, before tax, qualify for free shipping within Canada. For orders of $100 or less, shipping is calculated at checkout. Larger items may need special packaging, handling or freight and may carry an additional fee. The amount depends on the item and destination and is confirmed before production; there is no automatic flat surcharge. Installation is a separate service.
Addresses, tracking & multiple packages
Check your full address, unit number and postal code before ordering. Tracking is shared when your order ships. Products made at different locations may arrive in separate packages. Delivery dates can be affected by the destination, carrier, weather and holidays.
Pickup in Brampton
Where pickup is available for your order, wait for the ready-for-pickup notification and confirmed address before travelling. Do not assume your order is ready based on an estimated production date.
Need it for an event?
Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline. We can assess the project, but production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Leave extra time for artwork revisions and shipping.
